Where creativity meets infrastructure.

ITMax Media LLC runs the servers, writes the real-time software and makes the design tooling — so the people who build the product are the same people who get paged when it breaks. Three products so far, and the same team behind whatever comes next.

What we build

Four disciplines, one roof

A hosting company that also designs. A design studio that also ships software. Keeping all four in-house is what makes three separate products feel like one company — and what keeps a fix measured in hours rather than tickets.

Cloud & infrastructure

Somewhere reliable to put it

Domain registration, shared cloud hosting, OpenVZ and KVM virtual servers, semi-dedicated and fully dedicated machines — with SSL, DNS and WHOIS privacy handled from the same control panel instead of four different vendors.

Real-time software

Systems that decide in half a second

Continuous speech transcription, reference matching and live confidence scoring, driving as many synchronised outputs as a venue needs. Built around a hard rule: when the system isn't sure, it waits for a person rather than guessing on the main screen.

Creative & design

Assets people can actually edit

Sermon series graphics, event flyers, social sets and photography, produced by designers who work in ministry — and released with the layered PSD and AI files, so the team that downloads it can change the date without emailing anyone.

Product engineering

From prototype to Sunday morning

We take products the whole way: roles and permissions for volunteers, per-tenant private spaces, session transcripts and exports, desktop companions, and the unglamorous operational work that decides whether any of it survives a real room.

The group

The three we run today

They serve different people — a business registering its first domain, a designer sharing a sermon graphic, a volunteer running the booth on a Sunday. What they share is a standard: somebody is depending on them at the exact moment they're being used. They're the first three, not the shape of the company.

How we build

The same path, every time

Three products came out of this, and the next one will too. It isn't a methodology with a name — it's four constraints we've never regretted.

  1. 01

It starts as a job done by hand

Every product here began as something somebody was doing manually and badly: juggling four vendors, rebuilding the same flyer, thumbing for a verse while the room waited.

  2. 02

A rough version, in a real room, early

We'd rather put something imperfect in front of real users in weeks than something polished a year later. The room tells us what the spec never could.

  3. 03

It ships on infrastructure we own

No procurement cycle, no third party deciding our uptime. A new product goes live on the same network we've been selling to everyone else.

  4. 04

Launch is where the work starts

We run what we ship, for as long as people depend on it. That's the constraint that decides what we're willing to begin — and why we start fewer things than we could.

What's next

Where the existing work points

Direction, not a roadmap. We don't announce dates, and we don't start what we aren't prepared to run for years. These are the three places our current capability leads.

Real-time

Live rooms beyond the sanctuary

The voice-to-verse engine isn't really about scripture. It's about anything said out loud that should be on a screen a second later — lecture halls, conferences, accessible captioning. Same pipeline, pointed somewhere new.

Creative tooling

From a library to a workshop

Church Media Share hands people finished files. The step after that is tooling that makes the file: brand-aware templates that fill themselves in, so a volunteer can ship a whole series in an afternoon.

Platform

Infrastructure others build on

We already run the network. Opening it up — APIs, white-label plans, reseller accounts — turns the hosting business into a foundation under other people's products, not only our own.

How we work

What won't change as we add more

Reliability is the feature

Uptime, a verse that lands on time, a download that isn't behind a paywall at 11pm on a Saturday. Everything else we could add is worth less than the thing working when it's needed.

Built for the volunteer

Most of the people using our software didn't choose to be the tech person. If a tool needs a specialist in the room to survive a Sunday, it isn't finished.

We own the whole stack

Our products run on infrastructure we operate ourselves. That means fewer vendors between a problem and a fix, and no support ticket that ends in "that's the host's side".

Free where it should be free

Church Media Share gives its assets away with source files. Wordpromptu is free through early access, with at least 30 days' notice before that ever changes. We charge for infrastructure, not for access to our work.
